The available room is in a 2 bed modern spacious flat located in Deptford, just a 5-minute walk from all local amenities. The flat is near multiple transport links:

- Deptford Railway Station, 3 min walk (just 1 stop to London Bridge)
- New Cross, 7 min walk
- Greenwich DLR, 10-12 min walk
- A number of buses available too

The bedroom is a normal size, with one big wardrobe and another set of large drawers. It gets a lot of light in summer and is linked to the balcony.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine is in a separate laundry room, away from the bedrooms.

Monthly rent is £850 per person including bills and broadband. Deposit is 550. No agency fees.

The space would best suit a professional, who needs a place to relax after a long day at work. I myself am sociable but respectful of people’s space. I enjoy a chat and the odd meal together.
