A comfortable double room within a 3-bed flat in a 1950s apartment block on a quiet Victorian terraced street between Deptford and Surrey Quays. The cool city vibe of London with a local feel. Parks, the Thames River, some interesting independent cafes, restaurants, and shops are all nearby.

The rent includes all bills and free travel on TfL (tube, bus, DLR and tram - the travel pass takes approximately 7-10 days to arrange).

Closest London Underground is the Jubilee Line at Canada Water station. From the apartment, the journey time to Central London is approximately 30-45 minutes (dependant on time of day and precise destination).

It's a 3 minute walk to bus stops which travel to Surrey Quays Station (Overground) and Canada Water Station (Overground & Jubilee Line). The bus lines will bring you as far as Shoreditch (47), Russell Square & North Greenwich (188), and Canada Water & Catford (199).

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, wardrobe, and television with Netflix and other streamers. It's south facing.

The kitchen has a washing machine with a dryer function, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. There's a broad selection of pots, pans, utensils etc for all cooking requirements.

The flat is on a quiet residential street with little traffic.

Myself and one other male live in the flat. We are open to conversation while respectful of privacy. The flat is a quiet place to relax from the noise of the city and quiet times are between 11pm and 7am.

I work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern and hope to share the apartment with someone who is considerate.
