Flatshare En Suite Double Room

Hi there - I am looking for someone who wants a quality, clean and peaceful home to work from, rest and relax in for 3-6 months. I offer a good sized en suite room and shared kitchen-diner with one other. I am willing to negotiate on length of stay/unfurnished/furnished./vegetarian/vegan preferred/dog friendly etc.

If you are an independent person comfortable sharing with a similar other - professional/mature student, social but respectful of need for quiet time in evenings, a clean and tidy kitchen and a stable secure base please get in contact asap. This situation is ideal for someone who doesn't require the flat to be too much of a social space hanging out with others but comfortable to live with one other flatmate who ideally they can get to know and become friends with.

As the flat owner I am effectively a live out landlady but I am likely to visit and stay for short periods when one or other flatmate moves out. I am temporarily living in Scotland for family reasons for the next 3 to 6 months. This may extend depending on the your circumstances and my own preference to live in Scotland longer term.
