Lovely large room available in Deptford

Hello!

My twin sister and I live in a beautiful house in Deptford (4 minute walk to St Johns Station, 5 minute walk to Deptford Bridge DLR station).

Our friend is moving out and we are looking to fill the biggest room in the house from November 12 (although you could move into the room a little earlier without paying extra).

We are outgoing, sociable, young professionals who love movies and have a cute cat that visits the house. The room comes with a huge wardrobe and plenty of space, and we have a lovely garden with patio out back, and a huge shared living room and modern spacious kitchen (there's a TV & Playstation 4 to use).

You would be signing a contract with a break clause at six months with our landlord, and sorry bills aren't included in price. We are planning to move out after 9 months here.
