Short/long term flatmate in modern flat!

Looking for a female flatmate (preferably student). Currently have the flat until June or longer, been living in the 2 bed alone since Nov. You get your own bathroom and a huge double bedroom!

I am right above Deptford station (literally train is an elevator’s away) which is 1 stop, 5 mins to London Bridge via TL. Super convenient, the high street with Asda, Iceland, Poundland etc. is just downstairs!

I am extremely clean. Almost a germaphobe to be honest. I do expect the kitchen/living room to be cleaned reasonably after use, Bonus: I’ve got a dishwasher so dirty dishes should never be an issue! Also: strictly no smoking indoors, I have a balcony for that :) Looking for someone fun and sociable but also a couch buddy.
