Hi! My housemate is sadly moving out to start a university course so I’m looking for a new housemate!

About the flat/Room:

The flat is a 5th floor (lift in building) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a balcony over looking the Thames and Cutty Sark, very quiet building and super safe!
The room is fitted with a double bed, 2 bed side tables, a chest of draws and a wardrobe.
And the big bathroom is all yours!

About the Area:

Deptford Main Line Station - 10 min walk and 7 minutes to London Bridge!
Cutty Sark DLR - 15 min walk
New Cross and Surrey Surrey Quays 15/20 min walk for the Overground to North/East.
Greenwich Pier for Thames Clippers - 10 min walk
We are under 10 mins walk to Deptford Highstreet and 15 min walk to Greenwich Town Centre and easy access to the beautiful Greenwich Park!

Also a bunch of cycle paths and close to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel which gets you north of the river without getting on a train.

About me:

I’m a 30 year old female working in Digital Advertising. In the normal world I was working from an office but I am currently working from home until (hopefully) November-ish.
Aside from work, when live gigs were allowed that was my main pastime, so hopefully live music will come back! Otherwise I enjoy meeting up with friends on weekends, Reading, Netflix or cooking/baking and occasionally get involved in yoga and tennis.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and wants to call this flat home, who, like me, enjoys a chat or watching a movie in free time but also enjoys their own space and privacy.
Looking to share with someone a similar age to me ideally.

Move in date is flexible for the right tenant.
