The train takes 7 mins to get to London Bridge, 10 minutes to get to Cannon Street (which has access to the District & Circle line), where Bank (Central line) station is a 2 minute walk away, Monument a 5 minute walk, while Liverpool street & St Paul's are a 10 and 12 minute walk respectively.

From the flat you can also walk to Deptford DLR station in 5 minutes and get to Canary wharf within 12 minutes. New Cross is a 6 minute walk and from there you can get the national rail, or overground (Canada Water, Shoreditch etc)

This flat is ideal for any professional who works in the city. It unique since it has has two terraces which are both fully furnished with outdoor garden furniture which is very unique given that it’s situated in zone 2 London.

The flat is on the first floor, and requires a fob to enter the apartment and to gain access to the 1st floor you would need a key for the flat itself. There is also an elevator available. There is also cycle storage after the first security gate.

The flat has cream and oak accents running throughout. There is a large kitchen/dining area, a good sized bathroom, and living room with a large L shaped sofa and wooden coffee table and 50 inch TV.

The room available is a good sized double and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The bed has storage underneath it. If you have a small-medium TV it will comfortably fit in the room.

The main attraction of the flat is the 2 terraces, 1 at the front and a larger terrace at the back. Both have been furnished with ratan garden furniture, and a BBQ!
