Double Room with En-Suite Bathroom and Balcony

Hello! I am living in Bristol until Jan next year and will be renting out my double room. It has an en-suite bathroom, little balcony and you'll also have a shared kitchen, living room and second bathroom.

I am the owner of the property and so I will be your landlord (so no agency fees etc) and your flatmate will be Charley - a young professional who has a 9-5 job in central London. She is extremely nice, chilled out and easy to live with :-)

The flat is located just off Deptford High Street and so there are plenty of shops, bars, cafes etc right at your doorstep. It is also really close to Deptford Railway Station, Deptford Bridge DLR and New Cross Station.

In terms of length of stay, it would be great to start with a 6 month contract and then review after that but essentially, it will be a rolling contract. Interviews will initially held over Skype/Zoom and then you're very welcome to come over and see the place in person and meet Charley.

I'm happy for you to put pictures up and generally make the place your own (although please fill in the holes before you move out) but I do ask it you could please keep the place clean and non-damaged.
