Bright Double Bedroom in Deptford

The double bedroom is sunny and faces the quiet garden. The room's fully furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, desk, a couple of shelves and a custom built window bench. I'd even be leaving my plants during the time I'm gone. Since it's a short-term sublet I'm happy to provide my duvet, covers, towels and other stuff you could need to make this a smooth transition.

The room forms part of a 4 person flat with a really large communal living room and a separate kitchen. It also comes with our personal allotment which is ready to revived for spring. The flat is situated in the heart of Deptford, less than 5 mins walking either to Deptford Bridge or Deptford Station and buses going from literally across the street. The neighbourhood is really warm and welcoming, and a bustling weekly market is about 3mins away.

You'd be sharing the flat with 3 others:
A video-editor, a painter and a masters's student at SOAS. We are mostly working and studying from home but enjoy communal meals, glasses of wine together, film nights from time to time.

The room is free from now and the move-out date is negotiable. I'd be thinking of coming back end of May earliest.

Normally the rent is 550£, but I'm happy to knock off 50£ since this is pretty short notice and we are all struggling a bit...
