Double Room in Deptford

My flatmate is moving out soon to embark on a new adventure. So I am looking for a lovely human to share a cosy two-bedroom + living room flat located in Deptford close to Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations. Ideally looking for a tidy, cool and sociable young professional. The room is double and the flat would be shared with me, Ru, I am a young professional working in advertising in a creative studio in Old Street. I like to spend time socialising, going to markets on the weekends, a class at a yoga studio nearby, a drink at a local bar/cafe or a movie night at home (we got a projector set up in our living room). Saying that I respect other person’s need for a private space and time especially after a long day at work, I am myself very quite person when at home, tidy and like to share food (it is hard to cook just for one haha).

The area is well linked to both Central and East London (Jubilee line, Overground; Buses: 225, 47, N47, 1, N1, 188, 381, 199, N199). To add, up and coming Deptford area has a lot to offer just on our doorstep.

There is a Lidl 3 min walk as well as a shopping centre around the corner (with huge Tesco), some nice cafes and places to go out (MOT, Avalon Cafe, Plough Way Cafe, Mousetail cafe etc.) parks, and the Thames path is only a couple minutes walking distance from the flat.

The rent includes absolutely all bills. So the fixed sum is £950 a month with everything included.
