Room available in spacious Deptford 2 person flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in this Deptford flat flat. It's a 3 bedroom but it would be just the 2 of us living here - I rent the 3rd room as my tattoo studio. Please don't be put off by the single bed in the picture - it was the previous guy's preference and the room easily fits a double.

We're in between Deptford Bridge DLR and St Johns so the transport links are great. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the views from our bedroom windows are super serene. The flat is spacious with great amounts of natural light, we have a big kitchen/dining area and the living room is very big. We also have wood flooring throughout, the shower is great and the neighbours are very lovely. Generally it's just got a really calm atmosphere - it's definitely somewhere to make a home rather than just rent a room.

I'm a 31 year old full time artist who works in tattooing, music and fine art. I identify as male and I really love meditation and mindfulness but I also like to be sociable and collaborate with my creative work. I like to keep the flat tidy to a level that feels homely and calm.

We're on the top floor of 3 flats and fully detached so noise is never really a problem. We do live next door to a pub so we hear talking and a general buzz until they shut particularly now it's summer but I really like it - it's never too much.

You'd be replacing my flatmate half way through our contract so there would just be 6 months left when you joined but the landlord is very keen for us to stay as long as we like. He's a really nice guy and leaves us to ourselves. The flat is managed externally and the company are very good at sorting out any issues pretty quickly.
