You live with 4 people more in a big house with two floors . It has back garden and parking as well in front of the house.
In the house you can find living room, big kitchen with dining table and one toilet and one bathroom. With anything include that you may need for live I mean furniture not personal goods. You have more than enough space for leave your kitchen staff, even for the fridge and freezer

Located in front of the National Rail St Johns which takes 10 minutes to leave you in London Bridge.
Well connected to public transport with buses, DLR and National Rail.

Quite residential area, near to Tesco, Asda and to the avenue where you can find any kind of shops. Near to Lewisham and New Cross as well, you can find everything there(15/20 mins). You have a church and College as well if you are interested.

The owner is charge of the maintenance of the home so it's well maintained (meaning fixing staff, not cleaning).
