Hi, looking to share my flat with one female. It's close to all amenities including gyms, parks, and transport.

Room Details:
Spacious, fully furnished double room for rent in a modern open plan first floor flat with a small balcony. A small desk and chair are included, alongside a wardrobe and 2 beside drawers. Shared bathroom. The kitchen, dining and lounge room are open plan. Duvet, bedding and towels available on request and included in the rent, as are all bills including broadband and council tax.

Short term lets can be considered. Prefer people who are not working from home more than 2 days per week.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.. It's not a party house although having visitors is not a problem.

Transport:
Excellent transport links all a short walk from the flat.
Five minute walk to New Cross Station and The London Overground. Less than 10 minute walk to Deptford Station and the DLR. Max thirty minutes door to door to Canary Wharf.
Greenwich and New Cross Gate stations also within easy walking distance.
Numerous buses a few minutes away including night buses (453, 53, 177 or 47).

A few minutes to walk to Deptford High Street and 20 minutes walking to Greenwich Park and town centre. Two gyms within walking distance, bike garage and parking available.
