Room in lovely Deptford Flat (Short Let)

Hi!

My name is Rob and I'm looking for a nice housemate to move into my room on a short term 1 month let starting around 18th October. I'm planning a 1 month trip to Japan and it would be great to find someone to take the room while I'm away.

I'm leaving 18th October and returning mid-late November but can be very flexible about dates

The flat is lovely. I moved in about a year ago and have been doing it up since. Living room, Spare room, Kitchen and bathroom are all newly renovated and pretty stylish if I do say so myself.

There is a good sized living room with a nice bright dining nook and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. There is also a spare room with a sofa bed which doubles as a study/studio which you are free to use if you work from home. The room on offer is the largest in the house, newly painted and comes with a queen size bed (new Emma Hybrid mattress), built in wardrobe, full length mirror and lots of storage.

The flat is in a great location. It's 5 minutes walk from both New Cross (Overground and rail) and Deptford Bridge (DLR) stations; on loads of Bus routes (London Bridge, Lewisham, Peckham, Greenwich). Deptford high street with it's market, and cool bars and cafes is 5 minutes away as is Brockley Farmers market. And the local pub is just round the corner.

You'd be sharing with my current housemate (M, 25) Dion who's a professional, really nice and super respectful.
