We have a room available in our lovely house share and are looking for someone to join our friendly home. We’d love to hear from you!

A clean and bright bedroom will be available from 1st February 2026. The rent is £240 per week, including all bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas, and electricity).

The property is a furnished third-floor flat with central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

It’s ideally located less than a 10-minute walk from New Cross or Deptford stations (Zone 2).

We are ideally looking for long-term occupants. There is a minimum stay of 6 months, and after that, you’re welcome to stay as long as you wish, with four weeks’ notice required before moving out.

Professionals and students are both welcome.
