Hi everyone,
My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for a friendly and considerate professional to take over his large en-suite double room in our modern two-bedroom flat.
The room is a bright double bedroom with its own private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. The flat itself is spacious for a modern London flat, fully furnished and well equipped, with a shared living room, kitchen, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave. I also have all the usual kitchen essentials — pots, pans, cutlery, etc. — so the flat is ready to move into without needing much.
A bit about me: I’m 31, Italian, and work as an architect in the sport and entertainment sector. I’m sociable, easy-going and tidy, and I like the flat to feel relaxed and homely rather than just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy travelling, cooking, design, sport, cinema and the occasional drink or dinner with friends. Work can get busy during the week, so I’m often fairly quiet, and I also travel quite a bit during the year, meaning there will be times when you have the flat to yourself.
I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and independent — ideally another professional who enjoys a calm but sociable home.

5–10 min walk to Deptford Bridge DLR
8–10 min walk to Greenwich / Deptford stations
Around 20 min to Canary Wharf
Around 25–30 min to Cannon Street / the City
Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Tesco nearby on Deptford High Street
