Friendly house for friendly & clean people :)

Hi there!

We have a room available in our house from the 22nd of July. The price is £850/month with bills included.

The flat is pretty big and you would be sharing it with 3 more lovely people(including me). We're in our 30's, so we prefer someone over 30 as well.
A cleaner is coming every two weeks for common spaces. There is a little garden and living room. We do smoke, but just in the garden, not inside the house.

Nice places around for food, drinks, or fun 🙂 You also have a big Tesco and a Lidl very close. Big parks around for a walk or run...

Great connections: Surrey Quays is 10min away from walking, Canada Water is 20" (it's a nice walk by the Docks), and several buses go everywhere.

We're very chill at home and we're looking for someone chill, clean, and respectful with others, that cares for the house and its housemates.
