I have a brand new, beautifully lit room available in our spacious duplex flat, offering an incredible 1800 sq ft (165 m²) of living space. The household consists of me, a friendly, professional woman working in tech, and my cheerful 4-year-old son. We’re respectful, tidy, and easygoing, with a welcoming vibe. Our home is calm, well-equipped, and feels like a proper home, not just a shared space.

We love connecting with our neighbours and enjoy our vibrant, tightly-knit community—Friday board game nights are a highlight! I’m happy to socialise, share a glass of wine, or join you for a walk, but equally respectful of privacy if that’s your preference.

*Who We’re Looking For*

We’re ideally seeking someone who feels like part of the family, not just a housemate. If you love children (a must—my son will want to be your instant friend!) and value cleanliness and a warm atmosphere, this could be the perfect place for you.
