My flatmate is moving out, and I am looking for someone to replace him. I'm a tenant in the flat, not the landlord. The room will be available from 15th June-ish, bit of flexible here.

The flat boasts stunning 360-degree views of London from its 19th floor with windows by the river, ensuring that no new developments will ever disturb our views of Greenwich, Canary Wharf, and Wapping. It is just a short 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute cycle to Surrey Quays, through the Docklands. Also, convenient for Canary Wharf commuters since clipper's pier is a 5 minutes walk.

The building has a concierge, so you won't have to worry about your post. Additionally, there's a bike storage for the building, although our flat's storage can perfectly fit two bikes.

The room comes furnished, but if you need to bring your own bed, it can be arranged.

You'll be moving in with me, an operations manager in a SaaS company who enjoys meeting new people and socialising in the evening. Mad about exploring London, I have 14 books with all its hidden walks, sights and areas. Also, I'm on the quest of visiting all 100 best restaurants of the city (according to Time Out). I work from home, and my desk is in the living room. However, there is also an office up in my room, so I would be able to work from up there if you also need the living room.

Although the living room is kind of self-contained and you can easily spend time until the early hours watching TV, playing board games with friends, etc., my current flatmate and I tend to only use our rooms for sleeping (as the wall separating the two rooms is not particularly soundproofed!). Side note, there's no TV in the flat atm and you can certainly bring your own should you want to.

Bills come to around £120 a month for electricity, and council tax. Water is included in the rent.
