Cosy Double Room w/ Balcony & Excellent Amenities

Hi! We're James (29M) and Caroline (28F), and we're looking for a relaxed and friendly person to join our 3 bedroom flat-share in Deptford!

James is a software engineer and Caroline manages an art gallery, and we're hoping to find another working professional around our age (late 20s, early 30s) to join us!

We met and became friends by becoming flatmates, and we're looking for someone else who will also become both a flatmate and a friend! The atmosphere in the flat is very easy-going with a good balance of socialising (watching films together, cooking, drinks, etc.) and privacy.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy (and we have a cleaner come twice a month) but we also don't fuss over the little things.

The room is a small double with a built-in closet and balcony, and shares a bathroom with Caroline. The room also fits a desk if you need to work from home.

The cost of the room is £745 p/m, with all bills costing £130~ p/m on top.
The room comes unfurnished, but the outgoing flatmate can sell her bed, desk, dresser, etc. if you don't have or don't want to buy your own furniture.

The flat is situated a ~10 minute walk from Deptford station and New Cross station (both are only 1 stop away from London Bridge). We are also 5 minutes walk from a bus stop that can take you to Greenwich and the O2 Arena, or to Central London (with stops in Canada Water, Bermondsey and London Bridge). We have Sainsbury's, Tesco, and a big Waitrose within walking distance.
