I am the owner and currently live here - though hoping to travel a lot the next 6 months or so - and at some point I will move on and the house will be fully rented out.

Nice coffee shops about and The huge Tesco Surrey Quays is about 10 mins walk and Greenwich Waitrose the other way. Mini Tesco, Co-op 5 mins walk, river Thames and riverboat to Canary Wharf and further points close by. Lots of buses, tube and overground and transport links .

Lovely Deptford park is less than 3 mins walk and the river walk close by. Lots of places to run .

Easy access throughout London, i. e. London Bridge 2 stops on Jubilee line; Canary Wharf one stop (or a short hop on the river bus) Shoreditch and Hackney also easy access, Greenwich also.
