Double room in Deptford

Me (21) and my mother (50) are both living in this flat but we have an extra room that used to be my sisters, but as she moved out it’s not in use anymore and is now up for rent. Me and my mother work 6-7 days a week with me working from 2pm-1am and my mother working from 8am-7/8pm so we are almost never in the house. My mother is also a tailor so she can help with any clothes you need altering and we have a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. All bills included including WiFi, the room is a pretty big room in person so it’s a good price. Flat is really close to Greenwich and also Canada Water underground as the flat is located in between them both.
