We are looking for a third flatmate for our house. It’s a three-bedroom house and the rental room is on the first floor with the shared living room. My partner and I live on the second floor, which has a bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor. Adding the garden the house is quite spacious for three people.
.We have been living in the house for 2-4years and taking care of the house and growing the garden from a barren ground to a flourishing one. We welcome another garden/art lover to join our beloved house. We are both creative professionals with a fairly healthy lifestyle.
The room will be furnished with a bed, and ready on 15th August.
The council tax is around £70 monthly per person.
