We have one room going in our lovely house in Lewisham as I am sadly moving out. Its a four bed house, with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, you will be in a garden facing room upstairs. The house is located a few minutes walk from Elverson Road Station, and is walking distance to Lewisham and Deptford.
You will be living with Steffi, Megan, and Tim. Steffi is a Music Teacher and Kickboxing Instructor, Megan is an Occupational Therapist and Pilates teacher and Tim works in Finance. It's an easy going house, we have a great garden which gets the sun in the afternoon/evenings and a shared living room with a tv.
There is a deposit of £200, and bills usually come to about £100 per month. We also have a weekly cleaner which is included in the rent.
We are hoping to start viewings next week on Tuesday 2nd July.
