regularly need help with the following:

- **Reminders and Motivation:** Encourage and remind to start and complete tasks. I often struggles with focus and can lose track of time, needing prompts to cook, eat, shower, and take medications.

- **Daily Living:** Assist in preparing meals or ensuring food is pre-made, as I can go without eating if not reminded. Help with prioritizing essential tasks like eating and personal hygiene.

- **Emotional Support:** Help me manage mood swings and anxiety, particularly during PMDD episodes. This includes making her feel connected and encouraging social interactions by inviting friends over or planning outings.

**Ideal Housemate:**
I am looking for someone patient, understanding, and supportive. Experience with ADHD or similar conditions is a plus. A caring individual who can help me maintain her daily routine and provide emotional support is essential.
