We're Stan and Rhia, and we're looking for a new FEMALE housemate to join our lovely 3-Bed flat in Deptford/New Cross (SE8)! (NO STUDENTS SORRY)

HOME DESCRIPTION:
Situated in a QUIET & SAFE Folkestone Gardens in between Deptford and New Cross, A top floor flat in a renovated house with a spacious living room and an open kitchen. Long L-shaped couch and dining table. Lots of natural sunlight with 3 large skylights. we even installed LED strips to spice up movie nights! we will need your artistic input on what to add as well!

TRANSPORTATION (Walking):
Surrey Quays Station: 10-15 minutes
New Cross/New Cross Gate Station: 10 minutes
Canada Water Station: 20 minutes
Deptford Station: 15 minutes

YOUR ROOM:
King-size bed with 2 large built-in wardrobe. enough room for a TV stand or a desk, window with good sunlight and breeze pouring in. you will be sharing a large bathroom with Rhia.

YOUR FLATMATES:
Hey! I'm Stanley (He/Him). I'm 25, a filmmaker and a Junior Manager at a coffee shop. I'm the lead tenant and will be overlooking all the bits and bobs (including rent & bills). I love going to the gym, making coffee, cooking, watching movies/TV and in general making a fool of myself. I'm super organized and manage the cleaning duties as well. Whenever I'm in, please feel free to "step into my office" for a chat!

Hey peeps. I’m Rhia (they/them) and I am a Bartender and Steward at Emirates Stadium. I’m usually found dancing in the kitchen or losing to Stanley at board games 🥲 I love going to the gym, women’s football, video games and visiting the flower market. I’m a pretty open and goofy person so my door will always be open to make ya laugh or to have a chat!

YOURSELF:
We would love an awesome person who is open-minded and kind from the get-go, respecting each other's spaces whilst enjoying our time together whenever possible. Someone who won't mind helping out with chores and cleans up after themselves. Also be a guinea pig for Stan's cooking and Rhia's concoctions. Upon signing with us, you will be subjected to a board game challenge of your choice as an initiation. (Bonus brownie points if you're a sporty person)
