Room available in Deptford! I am leaving to move in with my partner, and am heartbroken to be leaving this amazing building. I currently live with two friends, one 29yo male software engineer and one 28yo female art gallery manager. We are a social house that enjoys watching Netflix and chatting together, with the occasional drink at the pub, but also very much do our own thing! The room is technically “unfurnished” but the new place I’m moving to is furnished so will likely be selling most of the stuff in the room. This room has a built in wardrobe, room for a double bed, dresser, and desk/chair, with direct access to a shared balcony. You would be sharing one bathroom with the female flatmate (the male flatmate has his own en suite). Building is great with a large rooftop terrace, a bike storage area and parcel room, front desk, fob access required, and a coworking space for residents. Please let me know if you have any questions!
