A lovely double room currently available in a great 4 bedroom house share in the middle of Deptford! I am moving out and need someone to take my room. This is a cosy room, with plenty of storage space, and would be a great space for a sole occupant (any current furniture in the room can either be taken out or kept depending on the tenant's needs, sans the bed). The room is available from August 9th 2024, but happy to discuss move in dates. One note is that the first month will be a sublet at a discounted rate of £644 due to being at the end of the current tenancy, before switching to £724 at the start of a new tenancy on September 9th 2024.

The tenant would be sharing with a couple and one other housemate. All three are very sociable and friendly, but happy to give anyone their own space if needed. They love all things music, photography, filmmaking and fun!

The house itself comes with:
- A open plan kitchen/living room.
- Garden/patio area out the back.
- Two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs).
- Two showers (one in the upstairs bathroom and a separate office space).

Location wise, we're a ten minute walk to Greenwich, ten minute bus ride to Surrey Quays and Canada Water, where there is a Lidl and a large Tesco, and a ten minute walk to New Cross, where there is a large Sainsburys. Deptford High Street and Deptford Station is a stones throw from the house, with plenty of shops, cafes and gyms all around us.
