2 rooms available to let in lovely Deptford flat

Hi! I'm looking for two people to take over the tenancy on two rooms in my 3 bedroom flat from September. I'm currently occupying the middle room so I'm advertising the small room for 750 and the master bedroom with ensuite for 1150.
Location has excellent transport links to Central London, under 10 min walk to Deptford train station and 10-12 min walk to Greenwich station, Cutty Sark and Deptford Bridge DLR. Bus stops right across the road with bus routes including 188, 199 and 47. Close to all amenities. This location is also perfect for students of Trinity Laban Conservatoire and University of Greenwich.
Property is offered unfurnished however the current flatmates might not be taking all of their furniture with them so they may offer to sell it for a small price.

About me: I'm a freelance dance artist so my schedule varies from week to week. Introverted but friendly, I'm seeking flatmates that are quiet and clean and preferably not a lot of partying. I'm originally from Mexico, so if you speak Spanish or would like to learn a little bit that is a big plus! I know the struggles of being an expat so I welcome applications from international people and/or students.

-Energy, water and wifi come up to around 40 per person per month
