Double En-Suite 5 mins from New Cross

Hi everyone!

My current housemate is sadly moving out to live with her partner so I’m on the hunt for someone to move in!

📍5 min walk to New Cross, 10 to Deptford, and 12 to New Cross Gate
🚂 New Cross is a 6 min train to London Bridge/9 min to Cannon Street, and 16 min overground to Shoreditch.

🛏️ The room is a double en-suite with waterfall shower, and will be fully furnished. Furniture will be different from the pic but you can take a look when you view! There is a fitted wardrobe with loads of storage. The shared bathroom has a bath too.

🌞 We have a lovely balcony that gets the sun until about 2pm, and is perfect for a glass of wine/cuppa in the evenings.

🖥️ I work in sales and will be likely WFH which I do in the living room, but you’re welcome to use the desk on any days I’m out. There’s also a dining table to work from if needed!

🍷 It would be great to find someone who would enjoy some TV evenings and socialising, but completely appreciate keeping ourselves to ourselves as well.

🍺 There are loads of greats bars and pubs around the local area, and we’re about a 20/30 minute walk to Greenwich. Also very close to Peckham!

🐈‍⬛ Non-negotiable is a cat lover - we’ll be sharing the flat with my cat Murphy who loves people and would prefer someone who loves him too.

🏳️‍🌈 LGBT household so that would be a bonus ☺️

📆 Room available from 16th September - potentially can be flexible for earlier, and can push back to end of Sept if needed.

💸 Rent is £1000 per month and the bills are around £100-150 a month
