A lovely double room available in the quiet neighbourhood between Surrey Quays and Deptford. The rent advertised is for a month's time with bills included, but possible (and preferable) to extend for few more weeks until the end of September.

The room is on the second floor of the house, furnished. The house shares one bathroom, a living room area, kitchen with washing machine with dryer function, dishwasher, other kitchen appliances available. We have a garden and a cat we look after. Lots of storage space in corridor cupboards and the basement.

Very well-connected - Surrey Quays station with the Overground line is just 10 min. walk to get to. Also, the house is situated right next to the Deptford park, 3 min. away from a massive Lidl, 12 min. away from the Surrey Quays shopping center, 15 min. to Deptford High Street.
