Deptford House Share

Hey, I’m looking for a new housemate to live with me and my sister. We are easy going, friendly, and value our own space.

In close walking distance to Surrey Quays and Canada Water Station Underground Stations. The lovely Deptford Park is just around the corner, and Deptford Market is a short 10 minute walk away. Goldsmiths University is also nearby.

The room has a double bed, basic storage and a desk. The kitchen, dining area and bathroom will be shared by all of us, so cleanliness, good communication and general tidiness are extremely important and I will decide on the new housemate based on their ability to communicate well. There’s also a small garden area.

A bit about us: This is our family home. One person is studying the other works. We don't drink heavily or do drugs and would appreciate a new housemate who is similar.

Ideally, you’d be working standard hours, away from the house.

This is a home rather than just a room in a house.

It would suit a mature & independent student or professional.

Subject to tenancy and reference checks.

The rent includes bills - this is reasonable use of gas and electricity.

Pets may be considered.

Free on-street car parking is available.
