Very large room Deptord/Surrey Quays bathroom

WEEKDAYS ONLY PLEASE NOTE.

This is a lovely spacious room for someone who needs to spend 3/4 weekdays in London but has their own permanent home elsewhere, Please note it is not for anyone who just plans to go elsewhere for the weekend on an adhoc basis. It is a 3 night minimum.

it's a large three storey house so lots of space and privacy. .. this room (on first floor) comes with a bathroom which will be mostly for your sole use, although ocasionally another guest may use it. it is on the same floor as another room but that room is left empty mostly. This will usually be at the weekends, although rarely. We have three bathrooms in the house as well as a downstairs loo. Room is very quiet as we have double glazing and secondary glazing..

We are friendly and welcoming and lead busy lives. There is a small dog (please see photo).. she's elderly but friendly. (the two not being mutually exclusive!)

We would like to find someone who wants to spend 3/4 days a week in London ideally. ~The rent would equate to £35 per night.. which is the percentage of the full time rent. We can easily put a desk in if you require.

SUPER CONVENIENT. 8 mins walk to Surrey Quays station and a few more to Canada Water. CW on Jubilee so 2 stops to London Bridge, 3 to Waterloo, Westminster etc. Canary Wharf is one stop from Canada Water.. Overground from Surrey Quays also goes up to Spitalfields , Islington, Wapping and east city. Very super convenient.

We also have the river boat at Greenland Dock very close by and the super cycle highway outside the door which goes to London Bridge and beyond.

Lovely park around the corner.. Greenland Dock, Deptford Park and the River front for the runners.!
