We're a couple who are looking for a part time housemate - up to 3 nights a week. If you were looking to stay for fewer nights we would be up for negotiating on price. All bills included.

A spacious flat in Deptford. 3 bedrooms and a garden, open plan kitchen and living room. We use the 3rd bedroom as an office but it also doubles as another living room so plenty of space to chill out in the evenings.

The flat is very well connected, easy to get into Central London and ideally located for someone in Canary Wharf.

Less than 5 min walk to Deptford station, 7 mins to London Bridge, 12 mins to Cannon Street.

7 min walk to Deptford Bridge. DLR to Canary Wharf takes 13 mins.

7 min walk to New Cross. Direct overground to Whitechapel/Shoreditch High St etc and trains 6 mins to London Bridge, 12 mins to Cannon Street.

15 min walk to New Cross Gate.

We have a lovely cleaner who comes biweekly.

We're just off Deptford High Street, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants, but in a residential street so it is quiet. We're a 2 minute walk from Deptford Market Yard and 20 mins into Greenwich.

We're friendly and sociable, non smokers, and don't have any pets though we do look after our neighbors' unbelievably cute cockapoo fairly regularly.
