It is a two bedroom flat with two bathrooms. Just one flatmate - a financial service professional - Sam, 30 y. o. Very clean and nice.

Bills - 136 per month.
Rent - 1110 per month.
Deposit - 1012.

Also there is furniture which goes with the room - 450: bed, mattress, huge chest of drawers, bed tables.

The agency will be doing the referencing.
