CURRENT OCCUPANT

You'd be living with me and my cat, Squid, I'm Hannah, a half French freelance graphic designer and illustrator who's happy to have a chilled out chat over a tea at the end of the day. I'm looking for someone respectful, clean and likeminded. You'd also be living with Squid, a little black cat, so a cat fan would be preferred and it goes without saying, those with cat allergies should not apply.

RENT AND BILLS

Rent includes water bills and is located in tax band C. Council tax, electricity, broadband and a cleaner every two weeks are split equally.

The flat is under shared ownership and we'd rather take our time to find the right fit than rush to fill the room, so the 1st November date is a guideline rather than fixed.
