Looking for someone to sublet my room for 5 months potentially longer from 2nd Nov (Can be flexible on the moving out date).

£960 excl. bills. Which is a great price in London for a room this size and all the amenities! Will be leaving my furniture in but will take out all belongings.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞:

A large double room in Deptford (SE8) on the ground floor (the only room on the ground floor) A very comfortable super king sized bed, a desk, lots of natural light, lots of storage and also a very comfortable sofa. The house has a large kitchen with everything you might need, a basement living room which is kind of a rarity in London, a shower/bathroom, 2 toilets and a nice sized garden.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:

Deptford Station is a 12 minute walk with direct trains to London Bridge. Zone 2&3. A bus stop 3 minute walk from the house that takes you to Surrey Quays / Canada Water in 7-10 minutes. New Cross is also a 12 minute walk from the house and has the Overground as well as Thames Link.

I’m living with four housemates all over 25. Martha is an Art director/Prop Stylist. Amie works in production, Harry works in tech sales and Henry is a barista. All really super easy going people, clean, the friendliest. They love a drink at a pub after work/on the weekends, doing wholesome things as well as going out if there’s a good gig or event on. Each of them make anyone feel comfortable and welcomed and we’d love to find someone to take my room who have similar interests
