Lovely room in cosy flat

Hello hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my room in a wonderful flat in Deptford. You will be taking over my name on the tenancy until the end of January, then signing the new agreement then.

The basics:
- room for 1x person in 3 bed flat
- Move in date: Saturday 14th December
- Rent: £817 per month plus bills (your first 6 weeks ish will be at £767 per month)
- Bills: approx £115
- Deposit: £615

The flat:
At the top floor of a block of flats, we always have excellent sunset views, and views over Deptford and Lewisham. The flat is comfortably furnished, and feels a lot like home. It’s cosy during winter and gets a nice breeze in summer. It’s got all the necessary bits and pieces including a living room with TV loaded with Netflix etc. There’s an additional outside room for storage. The shower pressure is perfect for washing your hair.
The flat is managed by an agent, they’re pretty responsive and deal with issues quickly.

The room:
A little slice of heaven in the middle of busy London. The room catches sunlight all year and all day due to two sides with windows. Perfect for afternoon naps. There’s a view over the allotments, where you can often see fox babies frolicking. The greenery gives the illusion of being out of the city. It’s well sized, with enough space for a double bed, dresser, bedside table, and desk. There is a single wardrobe built in. The bed and dressing table are included. I can leave the desk, chair, mirrors and bedside table if you’d like to buy them!

The area:
Deptford is a vibrant and busy place, with lots on for everyone. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Deptford High Street, where you can find funky cafes, fresh vege stores, pound shops, yummy restaurants and more. Asda, sainsburys and Tesco are all 5-10 mins walk away. There is a street market a few times a week. Multiple stations are within walking distance including Deptford Bridge, New Cross, Deptford, St Johns, and New Cross Gate, and plenty of bus links into central.

The people:
The remaining housemates are Charlotte and Cynthia, who have both lived here for a long time. They’re super friendly, accepting and communicative. Both professional girlies, in their late 20s - early 30s. They’ve been my favourite part of living in London, and if I could pack them in my suitcase and take them with me I would! They’re not big partiers, but they do like to be sociable and are A ok with having a few friends around. Equally, a quiet night in in-front of a K Drama goes hard!

The ad:
We are looking for someone who will love living here as much as I have. A professional over the age of 27 is a must! We’d love someone mature, fun, thoughtful and communicative - who wants a home, not just a house.
