I'm looking for a lovely person to take over my room in this fully furnished 2 bed flat as my friend and I sadly have to move for work.

It's a double room (with bed, wardrobe, shelves etc) with your own bathroom £900 pcm.

Contract starts 15th December. Could move in a couple days earlier if needed.

The location is lovely, located on the river and 15 mins walk from Greenwich market and the v fancy high street and the beautiful Greenwich Park.

The lounge is spacious with a separate dining area. The master bedroom has its own an en-suite so the main bathroom is yours. There is free resident/visitor parking.

The building is very secure, has CCTV and fob entry at the main entrance and a concierge hut 9-5pm.

It's v well connected. Transport links:
10 min walk to Cutty Sark DLR
12 min walk to Deptford station
10 min cycle to Canada Water overground/jubilee line
18 min walk to New cross

Bills not included. Internet contract comes with the flat at an additional £16 pounds each.

The current tenancy runs until 14 September 2025 and there’s an option to renew further if you are looking for a longer let.
