Double rooms in a friendly flat

Hello! I’m looking for a friendly someone to move into this freshly decorated flat surrounded by our south London gems.
Fancy relaxing with a panoramic view of London city? Head to telegraph hill.
Fancy a stroll down the cultural market, Deptford high street can help.
Fancy some wacky bars or coffee shops full of character, punk venues and underground sound dance floors? Well there’s an abundance.
Surrounded by a 360 degree angle of options every local outing is interesting.

The location is also ideal for fast travel into central london or east London. With national rail taking 5 to 10 mins into Cannon Street or slightly longer for King’s Cross and the overground is direct to Shoreditch high street and beyond.
DLR for Lewisham, Greenwich and towards Canary Wharf and of course trains further south. But my favourite, the exceptional bike lanes. Good for going west if you’re afraid the bus might be slow.

Closest stations are St John’s, Deptford, Deptford bridge and New Cross.

Our local area is Deptford/New Cross filled with students and trendy people.

Our neighbours are Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, Brockley, Dulwich, Nunhead, Peckham, and Surrey Quays.

In the flat it’s currently just me and my dog; Bear the cuddly husky.
He’ll keep us safe from those evil squirrels, and anything else.
He’s super social with people and adores the company of others, loves the local pub and the local parks and keeps the flat feeling cosy even on the coldest days.

I work long hours and am often away from the flat so Bear absolutely appreciates his flatmates.
I am a sound engineer for a live events company and get posted all around London throughout the week.

Once I’m home I like to relax and eat food.
When I cook I try to stay away from animal products so someone with similar values would be cool.

The flat has a social living room/kitchen a front porch and shared garden.

Applicants should be working professionals and I am open to people with work from home gigs but I would like to discuss boundaries if this was the case.

Would be great to have someone who also enjoys going to a gig/rave enjoying the local parks and up for having people round for the occasional social function.

It will be everyone’s responsibility to upkeep the general respect towards the flat. Ensuring they clean up after themselves and help out with necessary tasks such as taking bins out and of course looking out for each other.
