Thanks for your interest! We've recently finished some renovations and have just welcomed our first new housemate.

We have three excellent bedrooms, and these are ready to move into starting tomorrow.

Rebecca, has been living through the renovations, Veronika and cat Autumn have just moved intoday! Both with a mix of wfh - which the house is very ready for.

This spacious two-floor home features:

Large Rear Garden: Perfect for relaxation or outdoor gatherings, with two decked areas.

Quiet Location: Situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac with low traffic.

Two refurbished bathrooms, including one with a full-sized bath.

A large kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, dining table, two fridge freezers, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

All bedrooms come with ceiling fans, storage beds, and desks in the smaller rooms. We've also added multiple power sockets, including fast-charge USB ports.

Weekly Cleaning for all of the communal areas

High-speed Internet, 80 MB fibre broadband connection over a mesh network, open reach: apparently, we are 'on the way' with full fibre and have seen some works nearby. As soon as we can upgrade, we will.

Bike Storage: A shed is available in front of the house for bike storage.

Located conveniently between New Cross and Deptford, you’ll be just a five-minute walk from New Cross Overground station, making commuting a breeze.

Rent Details

We offer an all-inclusive rent covering fuel, water, council tax, TV license, and broadband. Prices vary by room size but start from £900.00 per month.
