Double room, stunning flat in Depftord

*Please note: I will be in one of the rooms, so it's about choosing between either.
The large one will be for a maximum of 6 months, so please make sure that works for you.
The smaller one ideally also for 6 months, but happy to consider longer lets depending on the situation.

One large, furnished double and one small double / large single in a stunning Deptford flat and building with lots of communal space and extras!

This is a quiet and tidy, modern, well looked after, queer friendly flat -- looking for someone who is on a similar vibe!

Shared with one other = me, either room will have a bed, desk, built in wardrobe & mirrors, and a small shelf unit.

The property:

This is a large and modern 2 bed in a building / warehouse that was renovated a few years ago.

Some of the extras / nice things include: underfloor heating, modern kitchen & appliances, balcony + large shared rooftop right outside the flat, co-working space with cafe + projector, parcel delivery room (incl. fridges for food shopping deliveries...!), safe bike storage room, etc.
Bills are approximately * £130/150 pcm.

The household (= you and I):

I am currently freelancing and running some creative projects before I go back into full time employment.

I moved into this flat (I rent it myself / am not the landlady) at the end of last year.
While I am social and love going to things, my flat is a quiet, clean and 'safe' little place to recharge, therefore looking for someone who respects / understands that (it probably goes without saying but no parties / afterparties, hosting gatherings or having people crash, have basic cleanliness on point etc.).

I am ideally looking for a professional - open to a student depending on the circumstance (PhD, mature student, etc.).
Not suitable for couples, sorry!
Please also have either a proof of employment or a proof of funds available.

Location & transport:

Deptford High Street and New Cross are both a 5 - 10 mins walk, 3 mins if you cycle (also plenty Lime bikes around all the time).
Greenwich / Cutty Sark and Peckham are a short cycle or bus ride away.

New Cross Station: overground to Shoreditch / Dalston, trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street

Deptford Station: trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Kings Cross (then further to Luton etc.) and Woolwich

A little further you have Deptford Bridge (DLR to Stratford and Bank) and New Cross Gate (overground and trains to Dalston / Highbury, Islington, London Bridge, Crystal Palace, West Croydon, etc.).
