1 bedroom available in large Deptford flat

Hi! A room in my flat is becoming available as of the 24th of March. This is a two bathroom property, so you would have your own bathroom. Please note that the bed in the pictures is a 3/4 size bed, but this has been replaced with a double bed (with space for storage underneath). Bills end up being around ~£150 pm.
The kitchen / living room is huge, with all the amenities (dishwasher included!).

You’ll be joining myself in this property, my current flatmate has to leave due to her visa expiring.

I’d really like to welcome a flatmate who is calm, considerate and clean (wow alliteration). I’d love to have things in common, love a chat in the living room, and trying the nearby restaurant scene after work. I don’t mind an occasional party, as long as the flat is cleaned after. I’ve been hosting some friends for coffee mornings recently, which is a different vibe, but maybe helps gets my personality across 🤣
I work as a product designer, and illustrate and make jewelry in my free time (so you might occasionally hear a quiet drill, but I’m very considerate so will always make sure this is ok before I start working).

I work from the office three days a week, wfh the rest. It’d be great if you have a similar schedule!
