Excellent, cat friendly house share with garden!

Thanks for your interest, we've recently found three great new housemates and looking for one more to join us.

We have made some great improvements and upgrades during renovations and now have a double for £900pcm, all-inclusive.

Rebecca has lived with us through the renovations for a few years. Victor and Hanna are joining this week, and Veronika has already moved in all young professionals.

Both Hanna and Veronika have pet cats, so ideally, a cat lover - unfortunately, we can't accommodate any more pets!

25 Florence Terrace is a very spacious two-story house with a large rear garden. We've installed another deck area, so it's ideal for socialising.

The street itself is very quiet, with the option for resident parking via the council (charged), but being a peaceful cul-de-sac, it is very peaceful!

We previously refurbished one shower room. The main bathroom has just been finished and has a full-sized bath—1.8M!

The kitchen is huge with a breakfast bar, dining table, separate fridge and freezers, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

All bedrooms come with ceiling fans, storage beds, and desks in the smaller rooms. We've also added multiple power sockets, including fast-charge USB ports.

We have an excellent weekly cleaner for all of the communal areas.

High-speed Internet, 80 MB fibre broadband connection over a mesh network, open reach: apparently, we are 'on our way' with full fibre and are working nearby. As soon as we can upgrade, we will.

Bike Storage: A shed is available in front of the house for bike storage.

Located conveniently between New Cross and Deptford, you’ll be just a five-minute walk from New Cross Overground station, making commuting a breeze.

We offer an all-inclusive rent covering fuel, water, council tax, TV license, and broadband this last room is at £900.00 per month.
