Hi! I'm subletting my room in our lovely home from the 14th of April to the end of June (870 + 870 pcm with bills included).
Its a very friendly household where we enjoy doing things together (there will be lots of gardening happening during this time!) so I'm hoping to find someone to take over my room who would like to make our house their home for these few months. Me and my housemates work in hospitality and have backgrounds and interests in film and the arts. This is also a lgbtq+ friendly household :)
and there is a neighbourhood cat who loves to hang out at ours!
Its a great location too - a quick walk to Surrey Quays station from where it is super easy to get around London, and a walking distance away from Deptford High Street and New Cross and places like Avalon Cafe.
