New flatmate to share modern 2 bed 2 bath flat

I’m looking for someone to share a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in a new-build development. The flat gets plenty of natural light, there’s a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s well-maintained and features all modern specs. There’s also a large balcony, a communal garden shared with other residents in the development, and secured bike storage.

• Currently available for short-term sublet but I’ll be renewing the contract in July so it would be ideal to find someone to renew with 🤞🏾😊
• Bills avg 178-200 per month (council tax, gas, electric, water and internet)

A bit about me

I wfh 2 days per work and love hitting the gym in the evenings 💪🏾. My weekdays are relatively routine and I treasure the evening downtime watching something interesting or yapping on the phone. Weekends are typically a mix of recharging, working out and hanging out with friends.
I function best in a clean space so you can also expect someone who’s super clean and considerate.
