* Great pub scene - Dog & Bell is the cosy local, previously nominated for CAMRA's Lewisham Pub of the Year

* Move-in date is flexible - just need a week or so's notice
* Rent is collected via Foxtons and the landlord is super friendly, responsive and proactive
* Deposit is one month or a deposit replacement scheme is available
