En-suite Balcony Room near London Bridge

*URGENT - making decision end of week*

Hi everyone!

I’m moving in with the my partner which means I have a room going in Deptford!

The room, flat and flatmate are all great and have lived there happily for 2 years.

The room includes an en-suite, double memory foam bed and balcony. My flatmate also has her own bathroom.

The flat is located right next to Deptford station meaning from door to door, you will be at London Bridge station in under 7 mins.

Many lovely restaurants right outside , great vibes and always music / running groups to take part in.

Would like someone to move in ASAP (official start date will be 25th of June but can accommodate earlier if needed.

Flat viewings will take place in next week- 2 weeks and will be deciding then.

Bills - £130 per month on average (sometimes lower)
