The current contract runs until September so you would be subletting over the summer and would renew for the new contract period in September. The existing flatmates you would be living with are a recent graduate who works in the legal profession, and a student studying public health.

The room has a bed, a desk and ample storage; it is warm in the winter due to its (small) size, and is cool in the summer as it in under the shade of the upstairs neighbours' balcony. There is a shared living room and balcony along with a well equipped and reasonably large kitchen. The bathroom and toilet room are separate, which can be surprisingly helpful!

The flat is located on an ex-council estate in Deptford, approximately 2 minutes walk from bus stops for the 188, 199, 47 and N199 routes. Deptford Station is a 10 minute walk away, with Surrey Quays and Canada Water accessible by bus or a slightly longer walk. The flat is also located next to the new Cycleway 4, which allows safe and speedy access to Central London (as well as SQ and CW stations)

Please be aware the flat is on the 1st floor and there is no lift so unfortunately it is not accessible for wheelchair users.
