Lovely double room in duplex two bedroom apartment. Although not en suite, the downstairs bathroom will be used only by you (and the very occasional guest) so is essentially yours.

Furnished with double ottoman bed (under bed storage), wardrobes/drawers and desk - picture to be updated to reflect new double wardrobe/desk which will be installed before you move in

Transport

- less than 5 mins walk to Deptford DLR (goes direct to Bank and Canary Wharf)

- less than 10 mins walk to St John’s overground (goes direct to London Bridge and Cannon Street)

- less than 15 mins walk to Deptford overground (direct to City Thameslink, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Farringdon)

- less than 15 mins walk to New Cross overground (windrush line, goes to Shoreditch etc).

- 15 mins walk to Greenwich town.

Me
I’m a 32 year old lawyer working in the city. Im often away Thursday to Sunday as my boyfriend, family and (more importantly!) my two French bulldogs live in Bournemouth. Im planning to move to Bournemouth next year so will only be in the flat Tuesday and Wednesday nights eventually. I keep the flat clean and tidy and have a cleaner come every other week to spruce it up. I like finding fun london activities, eating and drinking out and fitness classes. I’m looking for a likeminded female roomie

Area
Deptford/Greenwich is a great place to live. There’s loads of pubs and coffee places in Greenwich plus the park for running or chilling out. Deptford has fun bars and a great atmosphere in the market yard at weekends. I can show you around if you’re new to the area :)

Bills
The split of bills (water, heat, WiFi, council tax, cleaner etc) comes to around £160- £200 a month.
